Nice to see some color, but you can have the hot weather. I was showing houses last week in -32 degree weather. It was cold but beautiful. To each his own. Fewer people like the winter weather so we have a lot more room between houses up here. I drove over 200 miles that day and only showed 4 places. This was to a person from Scotland looking for a dog mushing property. This week its about 25 above...relatively balmy. Those are pretty trees.
