Stop by 1007 North Pontiac Avenue on Sunday, August 17th from 2-4pm to see a sample of the homes available in Dothan’s beautiful Garden District.  This home is the perfect example of an older home (built in 1969) that has been well maintained and also offers many upgrades.

When I say well maintained, I am referring to the original hardwood floors that have been refurbished and are so shiny you think you might hydroplane on them.  Although the home is all brick, the shutters and any other exterior wood has been recently painted along with the interior walls and shelves. There are many built-ins to include bookshelves, wine rack, closet storage and vanity in the master suite. The back porch is screened-in and allows you to sit and enjoy morning coffee or afternoon lemon-aide.

When I refer to upgrades, I am referring to the 52 inch wide screen TV that has been custom installed and will be staying with the home. Just sit by the wood-burning fireplace and tune in to your favorite sports channel or watch a movie.  The wide open kitchen makes it fun to have guests over or family gatherings.  The shop out back has a built in fireplace/grill for those fall cook-outs.

So if you have ever thought that the Garden District might be a place for you and your family, stop by and preview this 2200 square foot home that features 3 bedrooms, and 2 full baths.  The master suite also has a home office and his/her walk in closets.  The guest bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and the carpet in all three bedrooms was just installed. Let me show you around and then you will have a better idea of what I mean when I talk about the Garden District.
