Having been raised as a military child, Lisa Watford has a keen appreciation for what makes a house a home, and she uses this philosophy to better serve her clients. Even her hobbies of refinishing furniture and renovating old houses give her better insight into the real estate market. Lisa lives in Dothan with her husband Barry and has three children. In her spare time she is involved in numerous activities with the Dothan Kiwanis Club and the Dothan Area Chamber of Commerce.

Rebecca Eiker has been an active Realtor with CENTURY 21 Key Realty since 1991. She is a current member of the Dothan Assocation of REALTORS Club of Excellence, recognizing associates that excel in their career. Rebecca moved to Dothan from Pennsylvania and Virginia with her husband Fred, who has since retired from Farley Nuclear Plant. Rebecca and Fred live in Dothan and together have six children and eight grandchildren, plus one great grandson. They love to travel and visit with each of them in their respective states. They are active members of Cornerstone Bible Church where Rebecca was involved in a Jail Ministry. “Customer relationships are at the heart of what I do. Shannon Ault Schwab has been a REALTOR with CENTURY 21 Key Realty since 2005. During this time, she has worked hard to build strong relationships with clients and customers. Shannon has received several awards and designations since starting her real estate career, including a Quality Service Award for superior customer satisfaction from CENTURY 21, and two consecutive Key Performer Awards from CENTURY 21 Key Realty. She was also selected as a member of the Dothan Association of REALTORS® Club of Excellence in 2006. Shannon has earned the Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) Designation and is constantly seeking ways to enrich her knowledge through continuing education.
Shannon is a graduate of Carroll High School in Ozark and holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from the University of Alabama. She has a genuine desire to help people which she has demonstrated over the years. She served for 10 years in law enforcement in Tuscaloosa, and is a current volunteer for the Wiregrass Chapter of the American Red Cross in Disaster Services. She loves to travel and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Linda Burns has been a sales associate with CENTURY 21 Key Realty since May of 2005. Linda has received several awards, including a Quality Service Award from CENTURY 21 for her superior customer satisfaction, a Key Performer Award from CENTURY 21 Key Realty, and membership in the Club of Excellence of the Dothan Association of Realtors. She also received The Performance Plus Award for sales production in 2006. Linda has been sucessful in sales, marketing, and management for twenty years and has also been an interior designer and an accomplished artist. Linda ia a life long resident of the Dothan area.

Jimmie Hollis brings over 30 years of real estate experience to the CENTURY 21 Key Realty team. Whether it is residential, commercial, or even a city (ask her about this one!), Jimmie has seen it before. Prior to the start of her real estate career, Jimmie was involved in sales and marketing across the U.S., from Alaska to the Virgin Islands. She lives in Headland with husband Robert, along with lots of dogs and cats. They have one son, Lee, who is big in the music industry in Europe.

Marisela Clemente has been a REALTOR Associate with CENTURY 21 Key Realty since 2006. Prior to starting her real estate career, Marisela worked as a stay at home mom, where she and husband Raffaele raised four children. It was in this role she learned about "service" and built the foundation for serving her real estate clients. "Being a mom and a wife teaches you how to listen very carefully." Marisela has also worked in the community as a translator. Fluent in Italian and Spanish, Marisela uses her skills to create opportunities to meet new people and enjoy different cultures.

Paul Hollingsworth has been a Sales Associate with Century 21 Key Realty since 2006. Prior to moving to the Dothan area in April of 2006 with his wife, SFC Delgrita M. Hollingsworth (Fort Rucker), Paul worked with two different CENTURY 21 offices in the Atlanta area after retiring from Ford Motor Company with 32 years of service. Paul’s education and experience in real estate has prepared him to handle all types of residential property transactions. No home is too large or too small to maintain his full attention.
Paul and Delgrita live in Headland and are active in the community and in the church. He likes to spend his free time riding his Harley. “My philosophy is simple, if I treat my clients the way I would like to be treated, I will spend less time generating new business and have more time to take care of the needs of my clients.”

Delaine McCallister is a proud participant in "The Gold Standard" of CENTURY 21. She joined CENTURY 21 Key Realty in 2006 and particularly enjoys working with first-time homebuyers. Delaine is a long time supporter of the Dothan area Alzheimers Assocation, participating each year in The Walk to Remember. She is an active member in the Dothan Association of REALTORS, serving on the REALTORS for Children committee as well. In addition to all this, Delaine and husband Sammy find time to run McCallister's Seafood restaurant in Dothan, where they have been in business for over fifteen years. They also enjoy spending time with their granddaughter Melana.

Judy Spears is a Broker Associate with CENTURY 21 Key Realty. Judy works everyday fulfilling the real estate needs of home buyers and sellers and is a strong believer that continued education helps her serve her clients and customers at a higher level. She holds the Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation, is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Judy is also a Certified New Home Specialist. Judy is a NAUI Certified SCUBA Instructor and loves to dive with her husband Rick.

Dick Henk is a recent addition to the CENTURY 21 Key Realty team, however Dick is not new to real estate. Dick was a REALTOR in Florida for 17 years, including owning his own company in Zephyrhills, Florida. He holds the Graduate, REALTOR Institute or GRI designation, is certified as an E-Pro, and also holds the SRES designation as a Senior Specialist.
